We take safeguarding seriously, every day

Our team stays alert to risk, prioritises wellbeing, and works closely with families and healthcare partners to protect adults in our care.

Quality and safeguarding: common questions

We know reassurance matters. Here are clear answers on how we protect dignity, maintain standards, and communicate with families and healthcare partners.

How do you maintain quality in day-to-day home care?

We use person-centred care plans, regular supervisor reviews, and clear care records after each visit. Our team follows agreed standards for safe care, medication support, and safeguarding, with routine checks to keep support consistent and responsive.

How can concerns or complaints be raised?

You can raise concerns directly with our office by phone or email at any time. We listen carefully, respond promptly, and record actions taken. If needed, we can also guide you through formal complaint routes to ensure every concern is handled fairly and respectfully.

How do you make sure support stays person-centred and respectful?

We begin by understanding routines, preferences, cultural values, and what independence means to each person. Care is planned with the individual and, where appropriate, family members. We review support regularly so care continues to reflect changing needs and personal choices.

How do you communicate with families and healthcare professionals?

We provide timely updates, clear documentation, and practical handovers. With consent, we coordinate closely with families, GPs, discharge teams, and other professionals so everyone has shared information and continuity of care is protected.

How is safeguarding built into your care?

Safeguarding is part of everyday practice. Our team is trained to recognise and report concerns quickly, follow clear escalation procedures, and prioritise safety and dignity at all times. We review incidents and feedback to improve care continuously.
